Register on-line by April 18, 2018, and receive the discounted early registration fee of $180. For registrations received by mail or after April 18, the registration fee is $220.
Workshop confirmations will be mailed in advance if an email address is provided. Name badges will be provided onsite.
The meeting will be held at the Menger Hotel, 204 Alamo Plaza, San Antonio, Texas. Registration fee includes handouts, refreshments, continental breakfast Thursday and Friday, and lunch on Thursday. Due to limited, seating this event is open to registered delegates only and is not open to guests. Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to email@example.com by April 18, 2018. No refunds will be honored after that date.

Room reservations at the Menger Hotel can be made online or by calling the hotel at (800) 345-9285 or directly at (210) 223-4361 and refer to the Texas Municipal League Grant Workshop room block in order to receive the group rate. A guest room rate of $120 (single/double) will be available until April 11, 2018, or until the block is full.
2018 Parking rates are $15.00 Valet plus 8.25% tax, (subject to change/for Hotel guest only). There are no accommodations for bus parking at the hotel. There are various city lots around the hotel from $12.00 to $20.00 a day.
Continuing Education Credit (CEU)
An application has been submitted to the State Board of Accountancy for continuing education units. No prerequisites are required for any session.
Attendees will earn 10 CPE credit for completing the Grant Writing for Municipal Programs and Projects, and elected officials (mayors and councilmembers) can earn up to ten Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) credits. How should I dress?
Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort as meeting room temperatures can fluctuate.
